Campaign pacing controls
Campaigns now let you set the gap between sends and the daily window so the openers go out at the hours your leads actually read messages — not 3 AM.
The first version of campaigns sent the openers as fast as the daily cap allowed. That hit reply rates because half the messages landed at 6 AM or 11 PM, when nobody was looking.
Now you choose two things when you launch a campaign: the minimum gap between sends (default 90 seconds, so the pattern looks human) and the daily send window (default 10 AM to 8 PM Cairo time). NEO respects both.
If the campaign hits its daily cap before the window closes, it stops cleanly and resumes the next morning. If a lead replies, NEO takes over the conversation and the remaining sends keep flowing for everyone else. No stuck campaigns, no awkward midnight pings.
