Using NEO

These terms describe how you can use NEO and what you can expect from us. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

NEO is currently offered on an evolving basis. Features may change as we learn from the people using the product.

[PLACEHOLDER: legal team to expand with the formal acceptance language and the scope of the agreement.]

Your account

You are responsible for the account credentials you create and for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials private and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

[PLACEHOLDER: legal team to define account eligibility, age limits, and the consequences of credential sharing.]

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NEO to break the law, to harass other people, or to send messages that the recipients have not consented to receive. You also agree not to attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service.

We may suspend access if we believe these rules are being broken.

[PLACEHOLDER: legal team to expand the prohibited-conduct list and the enforcement procedure.]

Pricing & billing

Prices, plans, and billing terms are described on the pricing page and in any order form you sign with us. Charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly agree otherwise.

[PLACEHOLDER: legal team to confirm the billing cycle, taxes, refund policy, and currency handling.]

Termination

You can stop using NEO at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to do so to protect the service or other users.

[PLACEHOLDER: legal team to define the notice periods, the effect on data, and the survival of any obligations after termination.]

Liability

NEO is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our liability for any claim related to the service is limited.

[PLACEHOLDER: legal team to draft the warranty disclaimer and the liability cap that fit our jurisdiction(s).]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will try to give you reasonable notice before they take effect.

[PLACEHOLDER: legal team to define what counts as a material change and how notice will be delivered.]

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@hereisneo.com.

[PLACEHOLDER: legal team to confirm the final contact channel and the legal entity that owns the agreement.]
