1. What you agree to by using NEO
By signing up to NEO and connecting your WhatsApp number, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't sign up.
These terms apply to reps (sales agents who use NEO). The clients you talk to interact with NEO indirectly through your WhatsApp account and are not bound by these terms.
2. What NEO does
NEO is an AI sales assistant that: - Reads incoming WhatsApp messages on your behalf. - Drafts replies that match your style. - Sends replies through your connected WhatsApp number. - Learns from the messages you send by hand so its drafts feel like you. - Organizes your contacts so it focuses on real sales leads. - Flags hot leads (people ready for a call or meeting) for your personal follow-up.
NEO is a tool. The conversations are yours, with your clients. You stay responsible for what NEO sends on your behalf.
3. What you commit to
- You own the WhatsApp number you connect. Don't connect a number you're not authorized to use. - You follow WhatsApp's Business Terms (whatsapp.com/legal/business-terms). NEO does not shield you from WhatsApp's rules — if a number gets banned, the ban is on the number's owner. - You follow Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (151/2020). When you import client contacts, you confirm you have a lawful basis to message them. - You don't use NEO to defraud, harass, or deceive anyone. - You keep your PIN private. If you suspect your account is compromised, change your PIN and email us right away.
4. What we commit to
- We work to keep NEO available 24/7 but make no formal uptime guarantee. Real-estate sales is a long-cycle business; a short outage will not cost you a deal. - We notify you before major changes (pricing, features, policy) take effect. - You can export your data and delete your account at any time. - We do not impersonate you outside the agreed-upon use case (drafting WhatsApp replies in your name).
5. Payments + plans
- NEO is currently in private beta. Active reps are not charged. When we launch paid plans, we'll give 30 days' notice and your existing rate will be locked for 6 months. - Future pricing will be in EGP, with any applicable taxes shown clearly at checkout.
6. Termination
You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@hereisneo.com. We'll deactivate access within 24 hours and remove your data within 30 days, except where Egyptian law requires retention.
We can suspend or end an account if you: - Break these terms. - Get your WhatsApp number banned by Meta. - Use NEO to defraud or harm clients. - Have an unpaid balance for more than 60 days (when paid plans launch).
We'll always tell you why and give you a chance to fix it before ending the account.
7. Liability
NEO is provided "as is." AI replies can sometimes be wrong or off-tone — that is the nature of AI today. You are responsible for reviewing what NEO sends and for the business outcomes of those messages.
To the extent allowed by Egyptian law, our maximum liability for any claim related to NEO is the total fees you've paid us in the last 12 months (currently EGP 0 during beta).
We are not liable for: - Lost deals, lost commissions, or lost business opportunities. - WhatsApp account bans by Meta. - Actions taken by your clients in response to NEO's messages. - Outages caused by upstream providers we depend on.
8. Intellectual property
- Your content stays yours. Your client list, your conversation history, your personal style — all yours. We process it to run NEO; we don't claim ownership. - NEO's brand stays ours. The name "NEO," the wordmark, the website copy, and the underlying software are our intellectual property. Don't copy, resell, or rebrand them.
9. Disputes + governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved in Egyptian courts (Cairo jurisdiction).

10. Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify active reps by email. Material changes get a 30-day notice; continued use after that date counts as acceptance.
