building Egyptian sales tools, not Silicon Valley translations.
A short page about why this exists, who built it, and the city it was built in.
A few years ago, I was house-hunting. Or trying to. My phone wouldn’t stop ringing.
Sales reps calling from numbers I didn’t recognize. Reading scripts. Pushing for meetings before they’d even asked what I wanted. Sending me PDFs of compounds I’d already said no to. Calling back three days later asking the same questions.
I wasn’t a difficult client. I was a normal one. I just wanted someone to actually listen — ask me what I was looking for, remember what I’d said last week, be honest about what was a fit and what wasn’t.
The sales reps calling me weren’t the villains. They were suffering just as much as I was.
Making 80 cold calls a day. Getting hung up on. Reading the same script until they couldn’t stand the sound of their own voice. Chasing leads who’d never been interested. Burning out by 30.
Everyone in that equation was losing. The client was annoyed. The rep was exhausted. The deal that should’ve been natural — a real conversation between a buyer and someone who understood what they needed — wasn’t happening.
So NEO stopped being just “an AI for clients.” It became the thing that sits between the two sides. An agent the rep trusts to handle the grind, and the client trusts to talk to them like a person.
NEO is the peace treaty.
Three numbers that explain why NEO behaves the way it does — and why we’re not in a hurry to add a second product.

NEO is all of NEO’s focus. No side bets, no second tool, no “suite.”
NEO waits until the lead is actually interested before suggesting a call. It doesn’t dump information. It doesn’t repeat itself. It knows when to stay quiet.
It answers questions honestly, mirrors how the client talks — Arabic, Franco, English — and never sounds like a script.
Shaped by watching real Egyptian sales reps work. Not Silicon Valley software with an Arabic translation bolted on.
Every AI chatbot on the market today was built to help sales reps sell more. Which sounds fine until you realize it usually means: reply faster, push harder, ask for the meeting sooner, close the deal yesterday.
That’s not what we built.
NEO is built to make the conversation better — for both sides. When NEO works well, the rep closes more deals. That’s a side effect. The real win is that the client doesn’t feel sold to — because they weren’t. They had a conversation with someone who listened.
Every feature was shaped by watching real Egyptian sales reps work. The language mirroring came from one rep switching languages three times in a single thread. The pacing logic came from leads going cold after seven follow-ups in two hours. The restraint came from every bad cold call I’ve ever received.
For now, NEO only works in Egypt. That’s on purpose. We’d rather be unmissable in one market than mediocre in twenty.
NEO is in closed beta. A handful of Egyptian sales reps are using it right now, every day, with real leads. We’re onboarding more a few at a time. Leave us your number — we’ll text you when it’s your turn.
