That is the part worth noticing. The viewing did not get saved by better persuasion. It got saved when the answer matched the hidden meaning of `جاهز`.
In Cairo, buyers often compress three worries into one word. `جاهز` can mean delivered, visible, serious, worth the drive, worth bringing the wife, worth asking the broker cousin about later. If you answer that with only floor plans, the chat gets lighter on facts and heavier on doubt.
