The first message is a greeting. The pitch waits until the client replies.
A campaign used to open with the pitch. Now it opens the way a person would: with a short, friendly greeting.
The pitch goes out only after the client replies, from the same number they are talking to. If they say they are not interested, Neo leaves it there.
From then on, Neo carries the conversation like any other chat.
