Neo for Business opens its beta
The same Neo, now for any business, in beta: it answers customers on WhatsApp from the business’s own shop and pages.
Neo began in real estate. In April 2026 its second product opened its beta: Neo for Business, for any business that talks to its customers on WhatsApp. It is still in beta, growing with every business that tests it.
The business links its own WhatsApp number with a QR code, the way WhatsApp Web links, so customers keep writing to the number they already know.
Neo reads the business’s own web pages and answers from them, and in a shop it checks the live price and stock before it quotes. When it needs a moment, it says it is checking, then comes back with the real answer.
