Ask to see a product and Neo shows it in the chat: its photo, its starting price and a link to its page.
Customers like to see what they are buying. When a visitor asks to see a product on the website, Neo now shows it as a card with its photo, its starting price and a link to its page, right inside the chat.
On 2 October, WhatsApp followed: when a customer asks for photos of a product, Neo can send them, one after another.
