Neo gets things done, with the customer’s yes
Neo now files requests and callback requests for customers, tells them where things stand, and asks before it saves anything.
Answers are good. Getting things done is better. On a rental business's website, Neo can now file a rental request, ask the team to call a customer back, and tell customers where their own request stands.
Before Neo saves anything, it shows the customer what it is about to send and waits for their yes. Each request gets a reference, and the business hears about it straight away.
Every action still follows the owner’s rule: allowed, ask me first, or off.
