A 62-name Excel sheet arrived with no structure at all. One messy note inside one row did more work than the clean columns ever could.

Three minutes later:

That was the turn.
Not because the wording was magical. Not because `ready` is a secret trigger word. Because the message proved one thing very quickly: the old objection had been carried forward intact.
At 11:51 PM the pin went out.
11:54 PM `دي قريبة من هايبر؟`
Now the chat was alive again. Not emotionally. Operationally.
11:56 PM `حوالي 8 دقايق`
11:58 PM `والاستلام فوري؟`
12:01 AM `آه ready تشطيب كامل`
12:04 AM `طب ابعت الصور كمان`
That is what messy lead files hide from people who only respect neat structure. The important thing is not always the column name. Sometimes it is the leftover phrase in the notes cell, the one written too fast to impress anyone.
A clean CRM would call that unstructured data. Fine.
