Text helped because text is inspectable. The buyer could reread it, forward it, screenshot it, and compare it later without wondering whether tone had hidden anything. The rep also stayed inside a lane that did not pretend to be human in the wrong way.
A lot of sales habits get excused under "making it feel personal." But in Cairo real estate WhatsApp, personal is not always the same as believable.
Sometimes the cleaner move is the one that leaves less performance in the room.
